3What is the timeline for these?
Depending on the project it could take a month to a few months. Once the design has been finalized, and the materials have been gathered, the installation take no time at all.
4How much do these cost?
Unfortunately because our Catios are so custom to each client it is difficult to give a ball park number. If you have a budget set in mind, we can work together on different materials or sizes to help accommodate as much as we can.
5Can you enclose an existing patio, or balcony?
Yes! We have done this multiple times, take a look at our finished Catios to see.
6Are these HOA approved?
Each HOA is different, we have worked with a few to ensure a seamless process. We recommend being in contact with your HOA from the start to ensure we follow all codes put in place.
